This report can be useful when the Department of Manpower requests UIF
Contribution information for an employee for an extended period of time.
The system selects UIF information on the basis of records in the
salary transaction file, which were calculated using calculation method
“B”.
Upon entering this option, the user will be prompted for:

available and will list all previous report requests. Should the user
select one from the list, the answers supplied will default.
