Mentor/Tutor Claims Authoriser {FPRM-25}


This option provides the facility to record users who are authorised to approve Mentor / Tutor claims.



Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Mentor / Tutor Claim Authorisors

Length		 Description
User Code A8 Supply the user code as defined on menu option {USERS-5}. The name will default to the ‘User Name’ field.
Service Centre A6 Supply the service centre for which the user may authorise. The name will default to the ‘Service Centre’ field.
Dept N4 Supply the department, for the region, for which the user may authorise. The name will default to the ‘Department Name’ field.
Minimum Amount N15.2 Supply the minimum value of a claim that the user may authorise.
Maximum Amount N15.2 Supply the maximum value of a claim that the user may authorise.
