Batch Account Type Transfer {FSAO-23}

This option enables the user to transfer a number of student balances between 2 account types as opposed to option {FSAO-2}, which only permits a transfer for one student. The program is linked to events 30 and 31. A list of the students and balances transferred is produced.

In the case of credit balance account transfers look at option {FSAO1-9} and then decide with option suite the client need.

The Account Type to Transfer From:	A4	Enter the account type from which balances must be transferred. <List of Values> is available and the description will display.
The Account Type to Transfer To:	A4	Enter the account type to which these balances must be transferred. <List of Values> is available and the description will display.
The Agreement Code or ALL [ALL]	A4	Enter the payment agreement linked to the account type that the balances must be transferred from or all and it will be transfered using the same agreement code. <List of Values> is available and the description will display.
Link Student to To-Account Type/Agreement Code (Y/N):	A1	If N (No) then the students that are not already linked to the To Account Type and Agreement Code {FSAO-13} will not be transfered, else Y (Yes) and not linked the system will create the link and do the transfer..
Transfer (C)redit, (D)ebit or (A)ll Balances:	A1	Only debit or only credit balances or both can be transferred.
A Reference Number to Appear on Statements:	A9	Enter a reference number that will print on the student account.
