Adjustments to Reservations {FVTO-2}

This option will allow the user to do limited corrections to bookings that have not yet been Issued or Returned. Corrections to Registration numbers, Drivers and Start / End dates of bookings can be made.

The process can be described as follows:

Enter the booking number to be adjusted
Select type of adjustment (Vehicle registration, Official driver or Booking Start and End dates)
On the next page, the system will display current information and the new information or correction is entered and saved.

Fields in the option:

Block 1: Adjustments of Bookings

Field	Type & Length	Description
Vehicle Booking Number	N7	The booking number to be adjusted
Adjustment Options	A1	Select Type of Adjustment.
If 1 is selected go to Vehicle Registration If 2 is selected go to Booking Official Drivers If 3 is selected go to Booking of Start/End Dates/Times

Block 2: Adjustment of Registration Numbers

New Vehicle Number	A10	Enter a new vehicle registration number here.

Official Driver	A1	Is the new driver of the vehicle the official driver.
New Type of Driver	A1	Enter the type of driver.
New Number of Driver	N9	Enter the number of the driver.
