Link Supplier/Own Staff to Groups {GCS2-23}

This option is used to link suppliers and own staff members to groups.

The member of staff must have a primary work telephone and a primary e-mail address. The e-mail and telephone number is linked to personnel in {PBOP-1}.

The information in this screen is used by the Incident Reporting - functionality

Fields in the option:

Panel box 1: Link supplier/own staff to Email groups

Field	Type & Length	Description
Group Code	A20	Enter the group code to link the people.
	A50	Displays the group code's description.
Staff Member	A1	The radio button allows the values (O)wn or (S)upplier. Own staff members are defined in {PBOP-1}.
Person Number	N9	Enter the person number. The LOV will display the appropriate people based on the (O)wn or (S)upplier staff members chosen in the previous field.
	A30	Displays the person's surname and first names.
