Geographical Area Codes {GCS2-3}

To enable reporting to be done in respect of the geographical origin of students etc. Geographical Areas can be defined on the system. The geographical areas can be provinces or any similar entity. Under option {GCS2-4}, these areas can be linked to Magisterial Districts and under option {GCS2-2}, the Magisterial Districts can in turn be linked to postal codes (or towns). The resulting structure is: 


Postal Codes (Towns or suburbs) link to Magisterial Districts link to Geographical Areas (Provinces)

Code A4  The code of the Geographical Area or Province.
Area A30 The name of the area.
