Update a Routing Request {GROU-3}

Every user along the routing entry sequence (step) uses this program to view what must be done and to mark it as completed.  When the program is called, only outstanding routing entries will be displayed.  Once an action is completed, the user will complete the request by supplying an Outcome. An <LoV> is available for this purpose.  The completed date will be populated in the background and the request record may not be updated thereafter.  New records can also be added to the routing number.

To view outstanding requests, click on ‘Query Out Routes’ button to call the application.  To view all outstanding requests click on the  ‘Query Routing’ button to call up the application.  An update can then be done by entering an outcome.
