Incomplete Periodical Order Reasons {LPEC-4}

It can happen that an order stays incomplete. If the copy is not received on the system for some reason, e.g. it was lost in the post, this reason can be maintained using this option.

Fields in the option:

Block 1: Maintain Incomplete Order Reasons

As long as no “Incomplete reason” is entered on the system, the record will remain on the {LPEO-1}, “Receive” screen, and claims will be generated. If a reason is entered, the record will be removed from the “Receive” screen, but could be queried on {LPEM-4}.
