Maintain Budget Motivation Indicators {MEBM-3}


This option will display all the accounts and the user can indicate whether a motivation is required for requested budget on a specific account.

Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Maintain Budget Motivation Indicators

Field Type

Length		 Description
Account Code A8
(UK A8)		 The program will display the account code as well as the description and indicator.
Active A1 Displays if the account is active for the current budget year. 
Motivate Budget Account A1 Choose Yes if motivation is required, otherwise choose No. Once an account has been used the indicator will still be updateable.
Load  Items in Web Budget A1 If Yes the i-Enabler user would be required to select items defined and linked the account for which the user is entering a budget in the "General Item" application {FPMM-2}.  Items may only be loaded for accounts which require motivation.
