Routing setup for external Training Request {P000010-3}
Routing setup is a work flow or sequence on which a certain sub system
will be processed or executed. E.g. if different users must approve a
certain work flow process they will specify who will approve the
assessment process when, in what sequence. To get more information
regarding routing check manual for routing {GROU-1}
The following below is the example of setting up routing for external training request.
External training request maybe required by personnel to do external training because it is not internal.
Step 1 create routing type on the below screen
Step 2: define the routing sequence that will be involved, Sequence 0 is always the first sequence.
The following details will be written in sequence 0 , in different lines
The next sequence is 100 , this sequence is used for a first approver
Below is where email details will be setup or defined for sequence 100.
If this sequence kick of the following email below will be send to the
personnel.
The screen print below means if sequence 100 has kicked off then next
sequence that will be kick off is 140. This is where you define
execution next step for sequence 100
The diagram below explains that when the applicant complete and submit
the on line external training, sequence 100 will kick off to notify the
direct senior to approve the application.
- If direct senior approve the application the system will kick off sequence 200 to notify the training Dept/HR to approve.
If training Dept/HR also approve the application the system will kick
off a sequence 300 to notify the direct senior.
If training
Dept/HR reject the application the system will kick off sequence 300 to
notify the direct senior.
- If direct senior reject the application the system will kick off sequence 400 to notify the applicant about the rejection
