“OTR1” – Routing setup for personnel development plan Assessment {P000010-5}

Routing setup is a work flow or sequence on which a certain sub system will be processed or executed. E.g. if different users must approve a certain work flow process they will specify who will approve the assessment process when and in what sequence. To get more information regarding routing check manual for routing {GROU-1}

A route type for personnel development plan (PDP) assessment process must be created for the assessment to be send to a senior for approval. When creating the route  there are different sequence’s that must be created for specific route type, first sequence will always be 0.

For this specific route type “OTR1” for personal development plan assessment there are four sequences created. Below is the step by step instruction of how the route was created.

Step 1 Define route type in GROU-1 block 1

Step 3 define outcome rules for this route in GROU-1 block 3

This is where execution of next step for any sequence is define. The outcome set below means if sequence 0 has kicked off then next sequence that will be kicked off is 100.

Step 5 define routing instruction for sequence 100

Below is where details of the email will be setup that will be sent to person when sequence 100 is kicked off.

Step 6 define outcome rules for this route in GROU-1 block 3

This is where execution of next step for any sequence is define. The outcome set below means if sequence 100 has kicked off then next sequence that will be kicked off is 140.

Step 10 define outcome rules for this route in GROU-1 block 3

This is where execution of next step for any sequence is define. The outcome set below means if :
Sequence 140 has kicked off then next sequence that will be kick off is 200. This is where you define execution next step for sequence 140.

Sequence 200 has kicked off then next sequence that will be kick off will either be 350,400 or 360 depending on the outcome as defined below.

The route kicks off for all personnel linked to code type that falls within the start and end values.

Personnel is determined by the code type which may be as defined on PSDOP1-1:
