Leave History of Employees {P00004-6} 

This facility allows the Line Manager to view all Leave Records for the Employees reporting to him. It also allows for Seniors to the Line Manager to view Leave Records

1. A screen with search criteria to narrow down searches will be displayed. The "Search" - button below the fields will start the search. The search / query criteria are much the same as those for the ‘Personal History, except that an added option is to query one specific individual, by defining the Personnel Number.
2. Leave Types where the field "iEnabler Characteristics" in the Leave Package Structure {PLCS-3} is set to the following will be will be excluded.
• "A" - Apply via Web, but do not Display Detail on Web
• "D" - Cannot Apply via Web, and do not Display Detail on Web
3. Leave Records where the End Date is before the "Leave Accumulation Date" for the Leave Type {PLCS-2} will not be displayed.
4. To allow Seniors of Line Managers access to view Leave, the following must be in place:
• Senior (logged on user) needs to be linked to Restriction Type 'LEAV' {PAMT-1} and the the Department in which they need to view Employees Leave.
• The Department to which they have been given access must equal the 'Primary Department of the Post'.
