Personnel Biographical Data {P00005-1}

The Systems Administrator has the functionality to indicate which of the Personnel Biographical fields should be activated for update purposes in the Personnel Web Maintenance System. This functionality is available in {STWEBM-5} - where the Generate Dynamic Application button is described.

Note that care should be taken that any update approval of information does not affect the payroll, e.g. Dependents, which, in turn, may affect the Medical Aid fund contribution.

All fields on the biographical record can be selected to: display only, or to be updated, or not to display at all on the WEB page. This set-up is determined by the client. For more detail regarding fields not described here, see the standard personnel manual.
