Communication Detail {P00005-2}


The option, as a whole, is available or not, depending on how it is set up in the business process {PWEBM-1,2}.  This process is described above in {PWEBM-2}.  The second method of de-activating the option is to take away select privileges in {USERS-2}.


Communication detail is displayed on this application, email addresses and new records may be added and displayed records may be changed.

A list of all communication types that exist for the person is displayed on the left of the screen.  To add a new communication record, click on the <List of Values>. Select the communication type that must be maintained. The following field may be changed:

Once a new record has been entered or a current record has been changed, click on the “Save” button.

Note that only communication details of the primary contact of the person are available.
