Approval of the iEnabler TGP (Total Guaranteed Package) Approval process

This option provides the facility for the approval of New Employee TGP Salary Structures, Changes to TGP Salary Structures as well Conversions to TGP:

General Processing Rule

The Approver will receive an email notification to approve a request to convert to a TGP Salary structure/Changes to a TGP Salary structure or a New TGPS Salary structure.
The person must log into the iEnabler Confidential Detail and select TGP Approval option.
The user may Reject or Approve the request, if Rejected a Cancellation Reason code must be supplied.
Please note after approval is completed, {PTGPR-2} must be run to implement the approved request on the system.

Approval of Conversion to TGP Salary Structure

All TGP components of a conversion is approved by one person.
When the employee clicks on the 'Submit for Approval' Button the system kicks off Route Type RTGP.

The following detail is created in the route in seq 0:

1	Personnel Number of Employee for whom a conversion to a TGP Salary Structure is requested.
2	Name of Employee for whom a conversion to a TGP Salary Structure is requested.
3	Email of Employee for whom a conversion to a TGP Salary Structure is requested.
4	Personnel Number of the Employee that is logged in that may Apply for a conversion to a TGP Salary Structure on behalf of another Employee.
5	Name of Employee that is Logged in that may Apply for a conversion to a TGP Salary Structure on behalf of another Employee.
6	Email Address of Employee that is Logged in that may Apply for a conversion to a TGP Salary Structure on behalf of another Employee.
7	System date on which the route was created
8	Post Code and Description of employee for whom a conversion to a TGP Salary Structure is requested.
9	Dept and Description of employee for whom a conversion to a TGP Salary Structure is requested.
12	Senior nr of Employee for whom a conversion to a TGP Salary Structure is requested.

Approval of Changes to TGP Salary Structure

The routing type used for the Approval is 'CTGP' as setup on {GROU-1]
Each TGP Component has a separate approval process which may or may not be the same person.
If one component is rejected all component change requests are rejected, the employee will be notified, and he/she must resubmit a new change request.
When the employee clicks on the 'Submit for Approval' Button the system kicks off Route type CTGP.

Approval of New Employee TGP Salary Structure

If the Employee clicks on "Submit for Approval" then the NTGP route kicks off and each TGP Component will be approved separately as the routing diagram below indicates.
If one component is rejected all component change requests are rejected, the employee will be notified, and he/she must resubmit a new change request.
