Address Detail {P00005-3}


The option, as a whole, is available or not, depending on how it is set up in the business process {PWEBM-1,2}. This process is described above in {PWEBM-2}.  The second method of de-activating the option is to take away select privileges in {USERS-2}.


Address detail is displayed on this application: postal, physical address, etc., can be entered.  A List of values exists for all the correct Address Types and Postal Codes.  New records may be added by clicking on the “New Record” button .

A list of all addresses that exist for the person is displayed on the left of the screen; select the address that must be maintained. The following fields may be changed: Lines 1 – 4 and postal code.

Once a new record has been entered or a current record has been changed, click on the “Save” button.

The “Revert Changes” button will undo all changes and reset the values, so that they are as they were before the “Save” button was clicked on.

If a new record is added, the Type, Line 1, Line 2 and the postal code must be entered.  Lines 3 and 4 are optional.

Note that only address detail of the primary contact of the person is available.
