Maintain Fund Detail {P00005-5}


The option, as a whole, is available or not, depending on how it is set up in the business process {PWEBM-1,2}. This process is described above in {PWEBM-2}.  The second method of de-activating the option is to take away select privileges in {USERS-2}.


This Screen is used to display information regarding personnel membership of Medical Aid and Group Insurance Funds, i.e. non-pension funds.

The following membership information is required:

A Fund Code: A valid non-pension fund code as defined in the Payroll System, option {FPRGD-3}.  A4
B MSA Fund Level: Display the medical savings account funding level. N7.2
C Member Number: Display the membership number for this person. A15
D Join Date: Display the date on which this person joined this fund.

E End Date: Display the date on which this person's membership ceased / is about to cease.

Fund details include medical aid funds, insurance funds or any other funds, except pension funds, that are displayed on this application and to which the person is linked, on the standard system.

Sort Order Per Comments
A list of all funds to which the person is linked is displayed on the left of the screen.  Select the correct fund that must be viewed.
