Service Records {P00005-6}
The option, as a whole, is available or not, depending on how it is set up
in the business process {PWEBM-1,2}. This process is described above in
{PWEBM-2}. The second method of de-activating the option is to take
away select privileges in {USERS-2}.
A summary of all the service records that exist for the person is
displayed on the screen; select the correct period by clicking on it,
after which the detail of that service record will be displayed. No data may
be changed, deleted or inserted on this option. Detail may only be
viewed.
