Query Contract Claims {P00011-4}

This option may be used by both Personnel Members and Direct Supervisors of Secondary Appointment Contracts {PAOP-2} to view their own Secondary Appointment Contracts or to view Personnel Member’s Contracts for whom they have been defined as the Direct Supervisor.

The user logged on can enter criteria for which they want Secondary Appointment Contracts displayed or can click on the ‘Continue Button’ for all applicable Contracts to be displayed.

The following fields are available to refine the displayed results:

Personnel Number	The LOV will display the Personnel Number of the person logged on in addition to all Personnel Numbers for whom the person logged on has been defined as the Direct Supervisor of the Secondary Appointment Contract.
Department	The LOV will display the Primary Department Code and Description linked to the Post Number of the Secondary Appointment Contract of the person logged on, in addition to the Primary Departments of other Posts for whom the person logged on is the Direct Supervisor.
Start Date	Secondary Appointment Contract Start Date
End Date	Secondary Appointment Contract End Date

Once the select criteria has been completed, the user must click on the ‘Continue’ button for the selected information to be displayed.

System Select

The information is displayed per Personnel Number /Contracts applicable to the Personnel Number.

The following fields are displayed:

•    Post Number
•    Post Description
•    Contract Sequence Number
•    Department Code
•    Contract Start Date
•    Contract End Date
•    Remuneration Unit
•    Contract Rate (where applicable)
•    Maximum Quantity /Maximum Amount
•    Pay Cycle of Claims submitted
•    Value (either Amount or Quantity)
•    Claim Status
•    Routing Number
