Overtime Claim Approval {P00012-4}

This program is used to approve Overtime Claims.

A list of all Overtime claims to be approved by the person logged into the iEnabler will display on the screen.
The Approver will be able to view supporting documents as well as upload additional documents.
If the approver rejects the Overtime agreement, a rejection reason must be selected from the LOV. The rejection reasons are maintained in {FPRG-15}.
The user must select the record to be approved and then select the desired outcome code and 'Save' the record.
The data below will be written to the Routing Email Instruction lines in Seqence 0 of the Routing Request when the claim is submitted on approval line 15 will be created by checking for the latest salary calc record 'C' that exists in {FPRM-3} and creating the overtime claim in the next payroll cycle.
