History Appointment Types {PACS-11}

This Menu Option is used to store all history appointment types that are no longer in use by the institution, which may be used to insert history records against Personnel {PBOP-2}.

Appointment Types {PACS-1} are limited to only '99' Appointment Types, therefore Appointment Types that are no longer in use may be stored in this menu option {PACS-11}.

Fields in the option:

History Appointment Type Code	A4	Define the History Appointment Type Code
History Appointment Type Description	A20	History Appointment Type Description
Type	A1	Appointment type will be: (P) ermanent (T) emporary
Equity Status	A1	Equity status will be the following: (P) ermanent (T) emporary (O) ther
