This option allows the definition of qualifications to be recorded for Personnel Members in Qualifications {PBOP-8} , Applicants {PERA-1} and in the Personal Development Plans of Personnel {PSDOP-13}.

| NQF Level | N1 | Supply the appropriate level from the
<LIST OF VALUES>. As defined in NQF Levels {PACS-29} |
| Stats Row Code | A3 | The Stats Row Code of the Qualification to be used for Stats Reporting Purposes. Refer to "Extract Staff Data into HEMIS Tables" {HEMIS-2} |
| Stats Row Description | A100 | The Stats Row Description to be used for Stats Reporting Purposes Refer to " Extract Staff Data into HEMIS Tables" {HEMIS-2} |
