Posts per Department {PAOPR2-24}


This option will print a report of posts per department.

  Filled Posts Only or ALL? ([F]/A). A1  
  Must Discontinued Posts be Included ([Y]/N)? A1  
  Must Proposed Posts be Included (Y/[N])? A1  
  Must Personnel be Sorted in (A)lpha or (N)umeric Order? A1  
 

Sort Order Per Comments
  Per department, rank level and rank sort sequence, post code (alphabetically or numerically) on personnel as above.  


System Select  
  When selection is ALL:
  • All posts linked to selected departments, subject to selection of discontinued and proposed posts.
When selection is (F)illed:
  • All posts filled by in-service personnel.
  • Secondary posts from {PAOP-2} are included.
