Department of Labour - Equity Report {PAOPR3-2}

The equity report is based on the statutory requirements of the South African government. It is important to note that only personnel with all the required information captured on the system will be taken into account for these reports.

The equity reports requires the following for a person to be included in the report:

A Personnel Biographical Record {PBOP-1} with the following information:

Valid Gender.

Valid Race Code.

A Service Record {PBOP-2} with the following information:

Valid Rank.
Valid Post.
Valid Occupational Category (group).

The Rank {PACS-2} that is linked to the Service Record, should have a valid Occupational Level.

If the Occupational Category is not entered in the Service Record {PBOP-2} of a personnel member, it will be retrieved from the definition of the Post {PACS-4} indicated on the Service Record.

If any personnel number occurs on this validation list it is not included in the equity figure reports.

The Equity reporting contains the following reports that will be created excluding all personnel listed in the validation report:

Work force profile report per occupational category broken up into gender and race with a grand total for permanent and non permanent employees.
Work force profile report of personnel with disabilities per occupational category broken up into gender and race with a grand total for permanent and non-permanent employees.
Work force profile report per occupational level broken up into gender and race with a grand total for permanent and non-permanent employees.
Work force profile report of personnel with disabilities per occupational level broken up into gender and race with a grand total for permanent and non-permanent employees.
Work force profile report of recruitments per occupational level broken up into gender and race with a grand total for permanent and non-permanent employees.
Work force profile report for promotions per occupational level broken up into gender and race with a grand total for permanent and non-permanent employees.
Work force profile report of terminations per occupational level broken up into gender and race with a grand total for permanent and non-permanent employees.
Work force profile report of terminations per termination category broken up into gender and race with a grand total for permanent and non-permanent employees.
Work force profile report of disciplinary actions per occupational level broken up into gender and race with a grand total for permanent and non-permanent employees.
