The equity report is based on the statutory requirements of the South African government. It is important to note that only personnel with all the required information captured on the system will be taken into account for these reports.

2 If  a person is linked to a valid Occupational Category and Occupational level and the validation of classification groups are set to (Y)es, the person will be included in the repor. Otherwise the person will appear on the error report.
If  a person is linked to an invalid Occupational Category or Occupational level and the validation of classification groups are set to (N)o, the person will be included in the report under Other.
