This option is used to maintain academic dress and ceremony attendance of personnel.
The screen allows the user to search for a Personnel Member {PBOP-1}, maintain academic dress information for the person and enter attendance of Events {STGRDOP-1} for the person.

| Own Academic Dress | Radio button | Indicate if personnel member has its own academic dress or not. Valid values can only be 'Yes' or 'No' |
| Height | N3 | Person's height in centimeters |
| Head Circumference | N2 | Person's head circumference in centimeters |
