This option is used to define events and indicate when and where it will take place.
The Campus Detail is defined on {SPCS-1} and linked to the Building Codes/Detail {SPCS-4} and the Venue on {SPOPS-1}.

| System | A1 | A List of Values may be used to display system codes as defined on {USERS-21} System Username and Passwords. Users cannot create new system codes here. |
| Year | N4 | Enter the year of the event. |
| Process Code | A10 | A List of Values may be used to display process codes as defined on {STGRDC-1} Maintain Process Codes. Users cannot create new process codes here. |
| Event Date | DD-MON-YYYY | Enter the date on which the event takes place. |
| Event Time | HH:MM | Enter the time for the event. |
| Event Number | N9 | The system displays the event number. The user cannot enter a new event number. |
| Loc | A1 | Enter location indicator from the list of values. If the user enters 'C'ampus the Loc Code will be a campus code and if 'S'ervice Centre is entered the Loc Code must be a service centre. |
| Loc Code | A6 | Enter location code from the list of values. |
| Build | N4 | Enter building number from the list of values. |
| Floor | N4 | Enter floor number from the list of values. |
| Room | A7 | Enter room number from the list of values. |
| Number of Seats | N5 | Indicate number of seats in the venue as defined on {SPOPS-1}. |
| Event Description | A80 | Enter the description for the event. |
| Active | A1 | Indicate if this event code is active or not (Y/N). |
| Classification | A1 | Enter the event classification. |
| Finalised Date | DD-MON-YYYY | If all records for the same Event has a Finalized Date on {SSCHRP-4 } and {SSCHRP-5} the program will display a Finalized Date for the Event. This field may not be updated. |
