The purpose of the option is to define Campuses at the institutions. Land owned or used by an institution is linked to a “campus”.
The concept “campus” was defined in SAPSE 011, p5.2 and is reported on in STATS Table 5.1. Campus codes are used in almost all of the subsystems of Integrator.

| Campus Code | N2 | A unique code for each Campus. (Mandatory). |
| Campus Name | A30 | The name of the Campus. (Mandatory). |
| Distance from Main Campus |
N4 | The distance from the main campus in whole kilometers (this information is used in Stats Table 5.1). |
| Include for Debt Collection | A1 | Should campus be included in debt collection download? If this field is ‘Y’, and the student's primary qualification is linked to this campus via the offering type on {GCS-5}, debt collection will be implemented if the student has a bad debt. This is used in {FSDC-4}. |
| NSFAS Institution Code | N4 | Enter or use LOV to select the NSFAS (National Student Financial Aid Scheme) Code. The codes are similar to the Institution Codes but the fourth character in the code is used to indicate campus. An institution may specify 4 institution codes according to the campus. Students linked to e.g. Pretoria campus may then be able to receive higher/lower amounts due to higher/lower cost of living than students linked to Soweto Campus (Johannesburg). These codes are therefore used to indicate how the funding will be done. The link on offering type is made in {GCS-5}. |

| Post Code Location | A5 | The Australian postal code or Overseas Country Code
Location of the campus. This field was done as development for Australian Statutory requirements. |
| Municipality | N5 | Enter the Municipality Code or select link using the LOV. This information is required by the ETDP SETA on submission by an institution of their OFO Codes return. In addition to the Municipality Codes, the Municipal Demarcation and Province information are included and defined in {POFO-2}. This assists with the skills audit to establish the deployment of resources. |
| Default Delivery Building | N4 | Enter or use the LOV to select the building that will be the default building for all deliveries for the campus. |
| Default Delivery Building Name | DISPLAY | The name of the building linked to the code. |
| Floor | N4 | Enter or select using the LOV, the floor number in the default delivery building. |
| Room | A7 | Enter or select using the LOV, the room number in the default delivery building. |
| Latitude Degrees | N3 | The Latitude degrees of the campus. The first character must be the minus symbol. May not have a value greater than -22 and may not have a value less than -35. |
| Latitude Minutes | N2 | The Latitude minutes of the campus. Must have a length of exactly 2(i.e. if the value is less than 10, then the value must be denoted as 0n, for example the value 7 must be denoted as 07) and may not have a value greater than 59. |
| Latitude Seconds | N6 | The Latitude seconds of the campus. Must have a length of exactly 6 in the format nn.nnn(i.e. if the seconds component of the reading is less than 10 then the value must be denoted as 0n.nnn, for example the value 7.15 must be denoted as 07.150) The third character must be decimal point.The first two character may not be greater than 59 the last three may be set to 000 if no decimal reading is available. |

the client is situated in Swaziland, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia the Location is
