Maintain Campus Links {STGRDOP-3}


This option is used to link a Campus to an Event.  

The Event is linked to a student on {STGRDOP-7} Maintain Graduation Applications.


This Event Definitions must be defined on {STGRDOP-1}.

Event Number N9  Enter an Event Number or use the <LIST OF VALUES> to display Event Number. Users cannot create new Event Numbers here. 
Link Ind A1  Enter a Link Ind or use the <LIST OF VALUES> to display the Link Ind defined. The Link Ind has fixed values i.e.
  • 'C' = Campus or 
  • 'S' = Service Centre. 
The values allowed are driven by the parameter value linked to this option on {USERS-1} Tab - Menu instructions. For this option the parameter is 'C'.
Link Code A6  Enter a Link Code or use the <LIST OF VALUES> to display Link Code defined.

If the user has entered a:@
  • C in the previous field, the user must enter a valid Campus Code.
  • S in the previous field, the user must enter a Service Centre.
