Field of Employment {PERC-12}

This option is used to create and maintain Field of Employment Codes.

The field of Employment  refers to the field of Employment linked to the post of the applicants employment history that is captured on the eRecruitment web page  where applicants apply for positions that is advertised.

The field of Employment is used in  {PERA-1} as well as on the eRecruitment web page, where it will indicate what was the field of employment for the specific post that the person was appointed in, in the employment history that is captured.

Field of Employment A3 Type of Employment. This field is mandatory.
Description A65 Description. (Mandatory).
Inactive Date D11 Inactive date (DD-MMM-YYYY).  Date on which the type of Employment code becomes inactive and may no longer be used.
