Link OFO Code (Specialization / Alternate Description) to Post {POFO-3}

This menu option gives the user the functionality to link the OFO Code and Specializations or Alternate Descriptions to Post Code. These codes are used for ETDP SETA reporting.

a) Search Functionality:

The default 'Search' fields are defined below, of which none are mandatory. Additional fields and advanced search criteria may be added by clicking on the Advanced Button.

Fields

Field	Type & Length	Description
Post Code Linked to OFO Code From Date	D11	(DD-MON-YYYY). The user should enter the Start Date for the applicable reporting period. (Mandatory).
Post Code Linked to OFO Code From Date	D11	(DD-MON-YYYY). The user should enter the End Date applicable to the reporting period. (Optional).
Post Code	A4	The Post Code, defined in Post Establishment {PPEO-1}, may be entered or selected using the LOV. (Mandatory).
Post Description	DISPLAY	The Post Description displays on selection of the Post Code.
OFO Code	A20	Enter or select OFO Code using LOV. Defined in OFO Codes {POFO-1}. (Mandatory).
OFO Code Description	DISPLAY	The OFO Code Description displays on selection of the OFO Code.
OFO Specialization	DISPLAY	Enter or select OFO Specialization using LOV. OFO Codes {POFO-1}
(S)pecialization / (A)lternate	DISPLAY	Select one of the following: S - Specialization. The Specialization of an Occupation is a function of the field of knowledge required. A - Alternate Description. These may be at a higher or lower level than the actual level.
