This option is used to create and maintain the Competency Type Codes.
Competency Types, consisting of Behaviour / Attribute (B), Experience (E), Knowledge (K), Qualification Requirements (Q) and Skills (S) are used to define the requirements for both Post and a Person filling the Post.
