Performance Management Configuration {PPMC-1}

This menu option is used by Human Resources to control the functionality of the Performance Management System.
A set of hard coded Codes are displayed for various functions as detailed below:

Code Description Type Purpose
PMYR Current Year of Performance Management Date HR will setup the current year of Performance Management assessment
PMAG Start and End Dates for the Performance Agreement/Plan Date

HR will define the start and end date range that the Performance Agreement/Plans are open to staff on the Personnel iEnabler, for completion

and submission
PMIA Interim Assessment Date HRwill define the start and end date range that the Interim Assessments are open to staff on the Personnel iEnabler, for completion and submission.
PMMA Mock Assessment Date HR will define the start and end date range that Mock Assessments are open to staff on the Personnel iEnabler.
PMFA Final Assessment Date HR will define the start and end date range that the Final Assessments are open to staff on the Personnel iEnabler.
PMPE Appointment Types for New Permanent Employees Alpha Value HR will define a subset of appointment types for new permanent employees, if not defined then appointment types defined as ‘Permanent’ on {PACS-1} will be utilised
PMED Number of days to allow new Permanent Employees to begin Performance Agreement Numeric HR will define the number of days new permanent employees are allowed, after starting employment to complete and submit their Performance Agreement/Plan
PMKL Number of KPA's Numeric Define number of KPAs allowed, and if not defined then do not limit.
PMAL Number of Activities Numeric Define number of Activities allowed, and if not defined then do not limit.
PMIL Number of KPI's allowed Numeric Define number of KPIs allowed, and if not defined then do not limit.
PMSA System Active Indicator Alpha This code is used to define if the system will allow weighting on KPA. If the code is set to Y then it will be mandatory for a staff member to insert  weighting on KPA, Else if it set to 'N' it will not be mandatory for a staff member to insert  weighting on KPA
PMWA Allow Weighting on Activities Alpha This code is used to define if the system will allow weighting on activities. If the code is set to Y then it will be mandatory for a staff member to insert  weighting on activities, Else if it set to 'N' it will not be mandatory for a staff member to insert  weighting on Activities
PMWI Allow weighting on KPI Alpha This code is used to Define if the system will allow weighting on KPI. If the code is set to Y then it will be mandatory for a staff member to insert  weighting on KPI, Else if it set to 'N' it will not be mandatory for a staff member to insert  weighting on KPI
PMFT Allow Free Text Fields on eRecruitment Alpha This code is used to define if the system will allow staff to use free text fields or KPA's, Activities or KPI's.
If set to 'Y' users may define their own KPA's, Activities and KPI's in the free text fields OR use the Code Structure Codes.
If set to 'N' users are restricted to the codes defined in the Code Structures.
PMAP New Permanent Employees Start and End date Date This code is used to define the start date and the end date range that the new permanent employees may submit their new Performance Agreement for the current performance assessment year.
