The purpose of this form is to
establish Target Equity Figures going forward based on future
appointments.
The data entered in this
screen is used to print the Employment Equity Target Report {PSDMTR-1}.

| Occupational Category | N2 | Only valid categories as defined in {PACS1-1} may be used. |
| Permanent Employees | A1 | Yes / No. |
| Gender | A1 | (F)emale / (M)ale. |
| Race | A1 | A <List of Values> from {GCS-7} will be available. The
list will only display the required Race Categories 1, 2, 3 and 4, which
are linked to the Group Code as on {GCS-7} as follows: 1 = White – Status must be E. 2 = Coloured – Status must be C. 3 = Indian – Status must be I. 4 = Black – Status must be B. 5 = All other race groups should have a status of O. |
