Define Assessment Process {PSDOP1-1}

The system is provided with a default code that may be used, but the user may Create any assessment code as needed.

Insert a new code with a description and link it to the Correct code type.

The code type can be:

•  Occupational level
•   Appointment type
•   Rank

The Assessment process in conjunction with the code type is used to generate the personnel development assessments plans for specific personnel based on the start and end values of the code type.
The Assessment process is critical for the iEnabler personnel development plan as it is linked to a specific Route type in {PSDOP1-3} which will generate the iEnabler Personnel development plan in {PSDOP1-7}.
