Generate Assessment Process  {PSDOP1-7}

The assessment process questionnaires for a specific set of persons (according to the assessment process definition, defined in menu option {PSDOP1-4}) is created or generated via this option if it is run in update mode.

After the assessment is generated, the program will make it to be available on IEnabler for the personnel to complete the assessment according.

The program can be run on trial or update mode

The following below are processing rules if program is run on trial or update mode

 If the user runs the program in trial mode:

• The report will only indicate for whom a personnel development plan will be created, but no personal development plan assessment will be created.
• The routing request number will be 0, which indicates on the iEnabler no online personnel development plan has been created.

• The report will display for whom a personnel development plan will be created, and display routing request number for each person. Personal development plan assessment for personnel will be created, this means should the person log onto the iEnabler he or she will find personnel development plan waiting for them to complete.
• The system will kick off routing linked to the assessment, update routing details and due date for the assessment in {GROU-2} and send email to personnel.
• Each Person displayed on the report will receive email notification for the personnel development plan assessment to be completed.
• Once the personnel have completed the personnel development plan assessment, email will be generated and send to the direct senior, informing the direct senior that they have to approve or decline personnel assessment process. The direct senior will log in to the IEnabler to approve/decline the assessment.
