This report creates a report of all Personnel Members with a Personal
Development Plan (PDP Plan). The report may be run in detail or
as a summary. The detailed report contains information on the individuals that have a
Personal Development Plan.
Trainees are personnel who are booked for and attend presentations {PSDOP-8} or have a planned course {PSDOP-14} as part of their Personal Development Plan.
If any personnel member is linked to a rank with a null occupational
level and the report is requested from occupational level 0, then all
of these personnel members will print with an occupational level
description of “Unknown”.
