Bulk
update of old PWAP Route sequence 0 outcome {PWEBM-14}
This program may be used to
update (complete) old outstanding iEnabler Personnel Web Appointment routes
where the sequence number of the route is 0 (i.e. Capturing Data phase).
The Outcome
Code to be used to close the route is linked to SOD 'WK' on {FPRM-9}, this is defaulted to 'WXYZ' but may be
changed by the user. Once the program is run the route will be closed which
will prevent the appointment from continuing. As the route is closed, the
Appointment will no longer display on the iEnabler Appointment screens.

Routing system where the route type is 'PWAP' in {GROU-2}
and the system date minus the routing due date is greater or equal to the
number of months outstanding. |

program will update the routing records with a routing request type 'PWAP'
that are outstanding for a period equal or greater than the outstanding
number of months entered with an outcome code linked to SOD 'WK' on {FPRM-9}. This will remove the appointment detail from
the iEnabler Appointments incomplete appointments screen. |
