Set System Cycle {RPMNT-1}


This option controls the specific year for which the final projected figures may be updated.  It allows the user to set a start and end date for the updates.  This is done so that once the projection figures have been finalised and submitted to the Department of Education, these figures can no longer be changed.  The subsystem thereby ensures the validity of past data.



This means that the user will have to insert a new record here the first time the subsystem is used.

Year YYYY This refers to the subject enrolment year.  Supply the relevant year in the format.
Start Date DD-MON-YYYY This is the date from when updates are allowed on the “final projection” figures in {RPOPS-2}.
End Date DD-MON-YYYY This is the date up to when updates are allowed on the “final projection” figures in {RPOPS-2}.
