SDR Cycles {RSDR-1}


This is the Single Data Return file code structure used to report to the Ministry of Education  and Tertiary Commission in New Zealand.



This information is needed to generate the data via {RDSR-2}. The user will be able to view the data on {RSDR-3}.

{RSDR-4} is then used to export the ASCII file.


Fields in the option:

Block 1:  SDR Control Table

This block is used to define the year and file on which reporting must be done and data will be extraction.

Calendar Year for SDR Reports YYYY  The year on which the institution which to report.
SDR Run Number N5  This number determines the content of the data to be reported
1       Student Data
2       Subject detail
3       Academic Structure of the Subjects
4       Qualification Completions

Block 2:  SDR Valid Exam Types

This block is used to specify the exam types on which reporting are done

Selection Criteria A2 The value for SDR filename.

  • 99990013 for file 3

Block 3:  SRD Transaction Types

This block is used to define the transaction
