External Standards Info {SACAD-18}


This option can be used to view data uploaded via an upload program 'Load External Files' {SACADR-12}.



Update the Available field on this option to allow the responsible user to decide if a standard can be released for use in the academic structure. Only records marked as 'Y' can be loaded into the academic structure. This gives the user the flexibility to release a standard to prepare for accreditation, even if it is not accredited yet, and vice versa, the user can prevent the release of a standard because the setup (eg. items) is not completed although the standard is already accredited for the institution.
