Subject Offering Types and Student Types {SACADO-15}

In this workflow, subjects are linked to offering types and student type combinations.

Note:

A record must be created for each combination of subject and offering type / student type.

Records in this block cannot be deleted if:

any registration or application records exist for the subject / offering / student type combination, or
the year / subject / offering type combination exists in the student types block on {GCS-5}

Field	Type & Length	Description
Academic Year	YYYY	Enter the Academic Year.
Subject Code	A7	Enter the Subject Code.
Subject Description	A40	The Subject Description will display.
Offering Type	A2	Enter the Offering Type. Valid Offering Types as defined on {GCS-5}
Offering Type Description	A40	The Description field will be populated.
Student Type	A2	Insert the Student Type. LOV available for this field. Student Types must be defined on {GCS-5b2} for Offering Types.
Student Type Description	A40	The Description field will be populated.
