Maintain External Units {SCODE-3}

These codes are used in the biographical detail of students. For each unit the following information is required:

Note that entering this code on the biographical record of a student is optional.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Code	A4	A unique Code to identify the unit.
Unit Name	A20	A brief Name or description of the unit.
Address	4xA30	The Address of the unit.
Postal Code	A4	The Postal Code of the unit. The <LIST> function will display all valid Postal Codes.
