Maintain Key Competencies {SCODE-40}

This option may be used to define Key Competencies to be linked to Students in Maintain Student Key Competencies {SSTUDY-12}

Fields in this option:

Block 1: Key Competencies

Field	Type & Length	Description
Key Competency Code	A4	A code to identify the Key Competency
Description	A80	A description for the Key Competency
Rubric Code	A4	The code of a Rubric {SSTUD3-26}, associated with the Key Competency, may be entered here. For existing records, this field is updateable, unless the Key Competency has been linked to a Student {SSTUDY-12} .
Rubric Description		The description of the Rubric will display.
Active	A1	When selected, the Key Competency will be allowed by Maintain Student Key Competencies {SSTUDY-12}

Block 2: Results

This block will only contain Results for the Key Competency that was selected in Block 1

Result	A4	Only Result Codes linked to the Rubric {SSTUD3-26} of the Key Competency in bloick 1 may be entered
Rubric Criteria	A400	Textual criteria for the Rubric / Key Competency Combination must be entered here.
