ICP Programs / Institutions  {SCODE3-3}


This two-Block option allows the user to keep data in respect of programs offered on partnership between colleges.  The user can identify the programs and the available quota for each program and the programs are linked to the institution that offers the program.


Fields in the option:

Panel Box 1:   Program Codes for  ICP

Field Type

Length		 Description
Program Code A3 A unique code to identify the program offered by the other institution.  A student can be linked to the particular program in option {SREGH-1}.
Description A40 The description or name of the program offered.
Quota N4 The number of students that can be accommodated in this partnership.

Panel Box 2:  Programs Offered per Institution

Field Type

Length		 Description
Institution Code A4
 The code of the institution involved in the partnership.  The <LIST OF VALUES> function will display all valid institutions.
The description is displayed here.  The user cannot update it.
Program Code A3
 The program in which the institution is involved.  The <LIST OF VALUES> function will display all valid programs and descriptions created in Panel Box 1.
