Cancel Outstanding Requests For Year(s) {SDGUIM-13}

This option is used to complete all outstanding requests at the end of an academic year if it should not be issued anymore.

The System Operation Definition (SOD) code A6 for Subsystem that is set up in {FCSM-1} Tab - 'System Operation Definition' controls the number of cycles for which records will be cancelled.

On selection of the option, the system will prompt the user with a print menu and thereafter the following:

Sort Order	Per	Comments
	Per year, store number, Request number and line number.

System Select
	The records within the range of the selected years minus the retain value, where the document type = N/R/A, and the copied indicator <> 'Y'. The financial system retain value is specified in {FCSM-2}

Processing Rules
	The requests outstanding will be completed: The records within the range of the selected years, where the document type = 'R', and the copied indicator = 'Y'. The value 'ZZSGCL' will be inserted as the cancellation reason in FOZOCANCRC.
