Maintain Financial Indicator {SDGUIS-3}


The financial indicator linked to the student on his/her qualification registration can be maintained after registration or a student can be linked.  The user needs to query the year and student number before the indicator can be maintained.

Fields in the option:

Block 1:  Maintain financial Indicator

Field Type

Length		 Description
Year N4  The student’s registration year.
Block A2 The block code of the student’s qualification registration.
Student Number N9 The student number of the student must be queried to enable the update of indicator’s information.
Study Guide Fin Code A2 The financial indicator code which is applicable for the student must be entered or can be updated.  A record for a student cannot be removed from this option.  The <LOV> function will display all valid indicator codes as created within the code structure {SDGUIM-5}.
Study Guide Blk Status A4 If a status is linked to the financial indicator in option {SDGUIM-5} the status will be displayed, and cannot be updated by the user.
Cancel Date (DD-MON-YYYY) If a student is cancelled the cancellation date is displayed, the user will not be able to update a cancelled record.
User A8 The user ID of the person that created this record will be displayed here.
