System Cycle - Study Records {SDSTUD-1}

The system cycle in respect of the entering of assessment marks and the processing of examination marks and results can be controlled via this option.

A query, on Block 1 of this option, will retrieve the records in respect of Assessment mark entry “M”-records and Qualifications Awarded “U”-records. Updating will be limited to enrolments for a specific combination.

A query, on Block 2 of this option, will retrieve the records in respect of Examination Cycles “E”-records and Change Mark and Results Cycles “F”‑records. The records are almost identical to the assessment mark records above, with the exception that the Examination Year and Code replace the Calendar Year and Block.
