This option allows for on-line queries to be done on student records it has been designed as a powerful and flexible facility with which to do a variety of queries.

Since these screens cannot be used for data input or for data updating, they can be made available to a variety of users, which can reduce the need for printed reports being provided to those persons involved in extracting information from the student record system.
