Enquiry Inserts {SENQUR-3}

The function can be used to good effect to identify suitable inserts, as defined at {SENQUR-22}.

These codes can be printed at the top of address labels produced by the system.

NOTE: If a second enquiry is received from the same person, another (duplicate) record is created under this option. This second record can be linked to new insert and letter codes.

Field	Type & Length	Description
Enquiry Number	N7	Enter a valid 'Enquiry Number' as was created under {SENQUR-1}.
Insert Code	A4	The code of the insert that should be sent to the enquirer. A LOV's can be used. The description will be displayed.
Quantity	N3	Insert the 'Quantity'.
Sequence	N4	The sequence number is used when letters are produced. Letters can be ordered per first insert code. This sequence number allows the user to decide which insert is regarded as the first insert code.
