Identify and Request for Practice Exam Students  {SEPRAC-2}

This option is used to generate practice exam item requests for selected students. Practice exam items is "Assessable optional items" and are maintained in the menu option "Maintain Item to Qual/Subj/Stud/Enq Link " {SDGUIM-1}.

The store used to request practice exam items from, is determined by the offering type of the Qualification or Subject registration. The program searches for the item in the offering type store and if found and active requests the item from the offering type store. If the item is not active in the offering type store, the item will not be requested.  If the item is not found in the offering type store the program searches for the item in the alternate store, if found and active the item is requested from the alternate store. If the item is still not found or not active the request for the item will not be generated.

Before the user can use this option the Study Guide Subsystem must be fully operational, for more detail work through the manual Outline Study Guide and Enquirer Brochure Manual.

To generate requests for students, the student must be linked to a country code on the biographical detail. This is required for the calculation of postage fees.

To issue the requested practice exam items use the option {FPMO4-25}.
